Absolutely. Our Polar and MF Series are designed with home-office safety in mind. They feature fully enclosed work areas, safety interlock sensors that stop the laser if the lid is opened, and specialized air exhaust systems to vent smoke and fumes safely out of your workspace.
Our 60W to 150W CO2 lasers can easily cut acrylic ranging from 1/8" to 1/2" (and even up to 3/4" with our higher-wattage systems). One of the biggest advantages for sign makers is the "flame-polished" edge—the laser melts the acrylic as it cuts, leaving a glass-like, transparent finish that requires zero manual buffing or sanding.
We prioritize user-friendly workflows. Most of our users use LightBurn, which is the industry standard for laser design. If you can use Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Inkscape, you will find our systems very intuitive. We also provide a massive library of "Quick-Start" video tutorials specifically for small business projects.
