Shipping within the United Kindom

1. Standard items (Weight≤30kg such as accessories) are shipped from the United Kindom with processing time 1 to 2 business days and delivery time 2 to 3 business days.

2. Large items (Weight>30kg such as laser machines) are shipped from the United Kindom with processing time taking 3 business days and delivery time taking 7 to 12 business days.

3.We do not ship to islands outside the UK mainland. Northern Ireland is currently not eligible for direct delivery, but collection from our UK warehouse can be arranged upon request. 

4.Our prices include shipping costs but do not include unloading at the delivery address unless you select an unloading service option at checkout. Because the product is shipped on a pallet (or oversized pallet), unloading requirements may vary by carrier and delivery location, and the final-mile provider may use different unloading methods.If you are able to unload the shipment upon arrival (e.g., you have staff/equipment to receive and unload the pallet), please select “Delivery without Unloading Service.”If you require the carrier to unload the pallet at the time of delivery, please select “Delivery with Unloading Service.”Each order requires a separate quote from the logistics provider, so prices may vary. Quotes usually take 2–3 working days. If the price quoted by the logistics provider is higher than expected, we may contact you to confirm any additional shipping cost before proceeding.

5.If users choose the "Delivery without Forklift Unloading" option when placing an order, but they are not ready for forklift unloading at the actual delivery, and the goods are returned for a refund, we may deduct the corresponding costs from the refund, based on the actual shipping costs incurred for the shipment and the return shipping costs.

We do not ship on weekends or various national holidays.

Important:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before we send your package out.

Customers who wish to change the delivery address after the package has shipped out will be subject to any and all applicable shipping charges.

The shipping company will call the recipient to arrange an appointment before delivery. Please make sure the phone number provided in the order information is reachable to avoid missing notifications and incurring additional charges.

Try not to damage the outer box when unpacking. Please contact us immediately if you find any quality problems with the product after opening the box, and we will arrange to return the machine.

LIMITED WARRANTY CONDITIONS

We warrant that during the specific warranty period set forth below, the respective OMTech product purchased directly from OMTechLaser.uk will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. No other warranty, express or implied, is given with respect to the OMTech products purchased. OMTech’s responsibility for defective OMTech products is limited to repair or replacement, as described below, in this Limited Warranty. This limited warranty does not apply to OMTech-branded products purchased from third-party websites such as Amazon or eBay.

NEW LASER MACHINES

The limited warranty will be applied and upheld on all new laser machines purchased from OMTechLaser.uk, starting from the date of order fulfillment as follows:

• 2-year warranty on machine parts and hardware (exclusions apply)
• 1-year warranty on laser tubes and power supplies of 70W and up;
• 6-month warranty on laser tubes and power supplies 40W—60W;
• 1-year warranty on fiber laser source.（ Due to quality issues, fiber laser source are eligible for a one-year free replacement, with repairs available for the second year)

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Any and all OMTech limited warranties will NOT be applied or upheld on the specific machine parts listed below:

• Transparent Acrylic Cover/Protective Hood
• Debris Collection System/Catch Tray
• X & Y-Axis Gantry Rails/Guide Rails
• All Access Doors
• Base of the Machine/Leg Stand

CONTACT US FOR WARRANTY SERVICE

To obtain warranty service, you must contact our technical support center for replacement parts or assistance at support@omtechlaser.uk during the warranty period for the defective part. In your email, include the name on your original order and order number. Provide pictures of the damage and a detailed explanation.

THE ABOVE LIMITED WARRANTY IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

1. With respect to any defective product or part during the respective warranty period, OMTech will, in its sole discretion, provide a replacement for the defective part free of charge. Any repair or replacement does not extend the warranty given hereunder and no new warranty is given for such replacement or repair parts. 

2. This warranty does not cover returns, refunds, or exchanges of any kind.  For returns, refunds, or exchanges, see the separate return/refund policy page.  This limited warranty only applies to machine parts in need of repair or replacement.

3. Any after-market additions or modifications will not be warranted.  The laser machine system owner is responsible for any service and repairs outside the scope of this warranty.

4. This warranty does NOT cover any 3rd party products sold by OMTech, such as American Photonics and Filtrabox products. 3rd party products sold by OMTech are subject to any warranty offered by the original manufacturer.

5. This warranty covers only the normal use of the laser machine. OMTech shall not be liable under this limited warranty if any damage or defect results from:

1. Irresponsible use, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, modification, improper return shipping, or faulty installation, including but not limited to:

1. Failure to use an OMTech supplied water cooling pump or water cooling chiller; 

2. Failure to turn on or use clean distilled water within the chiller or water pump;

3. Failure to clean optical mirrors and lenses;

4. Failure to clean or lubricate guide rails with white lithium grease;

5. Failure to remove or clean debris from inside the machine; and

6. Failure to properly store or operate the laser in a properly conditioned environment as specified in the “Location” section of your machine’s user manual.

2. Disasters such as fire, flood, lightning, or improper electric current;

3. Service or alteration by anyone other than an authorized OMTech representative;

6. OMTech and its technical support center accept no responsibility for any software programs, data, or information stored on any media or any parts of any products returned to OMTech for any reason.

7. This warranty does not cover any third-party software or virus-related problems, even if such third-party software was purchased from OMTech.

8. OMTech is not responsible for loss of data, loss of work time, or loss of business due to machine failure, defects, malfunction, hardware failure, or product issues of any kind, even if such product faults are covered by OMTech's warranty. Clients are responsible for backing up any data for their own protection. OMTech is not responsible for any loss of work (“downtime”) caused by a product requiring service.

9. OMTech does not sell any purpose-built machine products. OMTech is not responsible for any manner in which our products and services are designed and integrated with your business. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including without limitation the warranties on merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. OMTech agrees to absorb Ground Shipping Costs for Warranty Replacement Items that are shipped to or from the 48 contiguous states of the USA.  We may offer the ability for clients to upgrade to expedited shipping for the cost difference, which will be invoiced and charged to the client prior to shipment. International shipping costs, customs fees, and/or costs of shipping to or from Alaska or Hawaii associated with the fulfillment of Warranty Replacement Items are the responsibility of the client.

11. OMTech does not currently offer any extended warranty on OMTech products. OMTech, at its own discretion, reserves the right to deny the purchase of any extended warranty, maintenance contract, etc.

12. THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OMTECH’S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OMTECH’S LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL OMTECH UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. OMTech may change the availability of this limited warranty at its discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.

14. OMTech is only responsible for the shipping of the unit to its address destination provided by customers. We are not responsible or liable for any further logistical arrangements made by customers after delivery has been made, any logistical damages made after will result in a voided warranty.

POST-WARRANTY SUPPORT

After the designated warranty period expires, OMTech is no longer responsible for any costs associated with replacement parts and repairs, including shipping charges. The customer is responsible for all costs of repairs, replacement parts, and shipping charges on out-of-warranty products. OMTech can provide a quote for the necessary parts and repairs.
