Our OMTech CO2 laser engraving machine emits a wavelength of 10600 nm with a measured radiation power of 3.42 W/m2, well below the Class 1 limit of 1000 W/m2 for invisible lasers. This confirms that our machine is safe for prolonged use without causing harm to eyes or skin, ensuring a secure working environment for users.
Our engraver includes an advanced water cooling system to efficiently dissipate heat from the laser tube, ensuring optimal performance and extending the machine's lifespan. Please note that the water chiller needs to be purchased separately for best results.
Harnessing built-in pressure sensors, our system ensures safe laser engraving. If the pressure drops, an alarm will trigger, reducing risk in your workplace.
The flame-retardant PC board of the Pronto minimizes fire risk. It includes a real-time temperature sensor that halts laser emission at 55°C, triggers an alarm, and returns the laser head to its starting position to prevent damage.
